5 Hongkong Street is one of the largest hotels along the stretch of Hongkong Street in central Singapore, just opposite the famous nightlife destination of Clarke Quay. The street itself is a popular dining destination with an eclectic collection of award-winning eateries and bars.

Currently leased to a related company, 5 Hongkong Street underwent extensive renovation and is expected to open its doors to the public in early 2025.

MGH Hospitality, the operator of hospitality lifestyle brand KINN, will be operating the property as its flagship product.
